Great success always comes with great team work. To achieve a greater Company Mission, it is imperative that the team members are acquainted with it, understand it and believe in it. Keeping this in mind, Interloop Way team has planned an awareness campaign across the whole organization. The 1st Awareness Session was arranged in Plant 1 in August, 2017 and these have continued throughout 2018 across Plant 1, 2, 3 & 4.

Navid Fazil, CEO, Azhar Sadiq, Director Operations, Brig. (Retd) Ahmed Riza Siddiqi, Executive Director and Shahid Hameed, Head of HR & Admin were the key speakers to address the members about the company mission. They highlighted some recent initiatives taken by the company for betterment and convenience of its employees. To ensure their undivided attention towards the message, the production lines were completely shut down. This was followed by a question and answer session between the team members and the Speakers. Respective Plant Heads, Latif Zaib Head of Interloop Way – Lean, Saeed Ahmad, Head of Quality Assurance and Hasnain Abbas Head of Interloop Way – People, were also present at these important sessions. To conclude the sessions everyone present in the hall read aloud Interloop’s mission statement.
