Growing Women Leaders Seminar at Interloop

Empowering Women Lead to Empower the Nation. When it comes to leadership, women are on the verge of collective evolution. They are independent and autonomous in every respect and capable to do anything. It is simple truth: what helps advance a woman in her leadership journey is both good for Company and for Society as a whole.  Keeping in view the importance of female leadership we at Interloop believe in complete participation and equal opportunities for female employees at all levels.

On 19 March 2019, we have organized a women’s training workshop led by a seminar on “Growing Women Leaders at Interloop Industrial Park, Faisalabad. Myra Qureshi, CEO Co-natural was invited as chief guest along with the guest of honor and corporate trainer Sadaffe Abid – Founder of Circle Club. The seminar started with the opening remarks of Faryal Sadiq, Vice President Sales & Marketing. She welcomed the distinguished guests at Interloop and explained about the culture, environment, and facilities provided to all the female employees to work confidently without any problem.

Mayra and Sadaffe shared their entrepreneurial & professional journeys and told the audience about the challenges they have faced and how they overcome those. The main focus of this interactive session was to inspire, encourage and support Interloop women by sharing experiences to go beyond their limits and breaking the stereotypical barriers of male dominancy asked them to consider male colleagues as their allies. The seminar ended on a Q&A session followed by tea.
