Interloop Join Hands with IFC-PBC For Family – Friendly Practices at Workplace

Interloop is among the 14 companies in Pakistan to participate in the first ever private sector peer-learning collaboration to create better career opportunities by providing family-friendly practice workplace, led by IFC & PBC. Interloop has come on board to support parents in finding a greater balance between work & family responsibilities such as paternity leave, breastfeeding support & employer-supported childcare under the initiative, Tackling Childcare Pakistan: Creating Family-Friendly Workplaces.

Under this initiative, IFC, PBC, CatCo Kids, Ubuntu Care, National Commission on the Status of Women, UNICEF Pakistan & UN Women Pakistan will provide advice on childcare needs assessments & conduct a series of events to expand learning & share knowledge on family-friendly practices. Participating companies will have the opportunity to attend workshops on topics such as supporting the role of men in caregiving & also learn from each other.

Interloop is already practicing gender diversity, providing career opportunities & training to women in all cadres, safe transport & world-class Daycare centers etc.
