Hiring Process:
Every year, Interloop inducts fresh graduates, 50% females, across various functions through the Management Trainee Officers Program. It’s a one year working contract which exposes MTOs to a variety of operational and strategic roles, thus creating enormous learning and grooming opportunities. The systematic and rigorous selection process includes written test, assessment center activities and interview. This is followed by yearlong work assignments and projects. After final evaluation, successful MTOs are offered permanent jobs.
Following are the main areas where MTOs are inducted:
Working in close liaison with reputed educational institutions and professional universities to help their students fulfill their degree program requirements, we offer Summer Internship Program to penultimate and final year students (16 years’ education). The program provides the opportunity to these students to experience the professional work environment and work on meaningful assignments under the supervision of domain experts. This 6-8 weeks internship offered every year from June – August creates lot of learning for the students and also helps them figure out career options for future.

Q1- How can I ensure that my application has been submitted successfully and how can I track its progress?
Once you have applied, you will instantly receive a pop-up message intimating successful submission of your application. If your credentials meet our requirement criteria, you will advance to the next stage of our selection process. In case your credentials don’t meet the requirement criteria, you will not progress further process. However, your profile will be kept in our database for 6 months .
Q2- Will I be Notified if I am not selected?
After interview, if you are not selected, a regret note will be sent to you regarding the status of your interview.
Q3- Can I submit my Resume/CV without applying for a specific position?

Q4- How will my data be stored and used in the system?
Your records are stored in the system for 6 Months and can only be accessed by Interloop.
Q1- Will any stipend be paid in case I get selected in the MTO Program?
Yes, a monthly stipend will be paid throughout the 12 months training period.
Q2- Where will I be placed after the selection process?
The MTOs are placed across various functions in company’s manufacturing plants and offices at Faisalabad and Lahore.
Q3- After getting shortlisted, Do I need to submit NTS Fee for the written test?
No, NTS fee is fully borne by Interloop. You will be notified for the test both by NTS as well as Interloop mentioning all details about the test, via email and text message.
Q4- Does Company give TA/DA for Written Test/Selection Interview?
No, TA/DA is not offered for any written test or selection interview.
Q5- Can I give my preference for the test center city?
Yes, at the time of application submission, you can opt for the City of your preference for the test center.
