The in-house Technical Training School (TTS) trains existing and new non-executive employees in technical, operational and leadership skills.
Leadership Training
For executive employees, well-designed, focused and need based in-house and open enrolment training programs, comprising classroom and outdoor workshops, and learning sessions on different technical, managerial and leadership skills are conducted by Pakistani & Foreign Trainers.
Lean Training

Competency Based Training
Based on annual Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Individual Development Plans, extensive programs for soft competency based training are conducted throughout the year to nourish the talent and skills of our executive employees. These include a wide range of areas spanning Communication, Time Management, Problem Solving & Analytical, Innovation, Team Building, Stress Management, Corporate Ethics, Professional Grooming, Negotiation skills, and many more.
Coaching & Mentoring
Senior team members and colleagues act as mentors and coach the new team members in formal and informal ways for day to day as well as yearly tasks. This not only enables the newcomers to learn about their job quickly and do it efficiently and accurately but also helps build strong bonds with team mates which go a long way in contributing towards personal and organizational success.
