Pete Gritton Trains Interloop Executives on Performance Management

Interloop Way – People dept. is dedicatedly working on various dimensions of Performance Management System to make the tool more significant. Continuing to improve this process, the Team organized ‘How to Succeed in Performance Management’ discussion at Plant 4, Interloop Industrial Park on 31 Jul. and 2 Aug., 2018 for the Middle Managers and Department Heads. Pete Gritton turned up again to enlighten the training participants on using the PMS Tool effectively.

Pete is a Sr. Consultant at American Links International, Adjunct Professor at the University of Kentucky, USA and former Vice President, Human Resource at Toyota North America. The objective of this coaching session was to equip both appraiser and appraisee to enhance the skills for successful performance discussion; hence improving overall performance. Pete spoke about providing performance feedback to the employees at the right time in a respectful, positive and constructive manner as it is the key to individual and organizational success. He emphasized that when feedback is included as part of regular, ongoing performance discussions throughout the year, the employee, the manager and the organizations are all better off. Further sessions of the same training are being planned all through next year for the remaining executives.
