The Texlan Center Management planned an overnight get together on 7 April, 2018 at Hotel Riu, south of Sri Lanka. Hotel Riu in Ahungalla, is located on a magnificent beach set against stunning vistas. The warm welcome from the hotel staff and pleasing environment of the Hotel refreshed the managers and they immediately switched to relaxation mode.

After savoring an excellent buffet lunch, high tea in the evening and a sumptuous dinner at night, the managers enjoyed live music and Riu’s staff dance performances. The overnight stay was revitalizing and uplifted their mood. Next morning, the group visited Galle fort, 41 Kms from Hotel Riu. It is a historical, archaeological and architectural heritage monument in Sri Lanka, extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century. Although, it was a short excursion but provided good entertainment and helped in improving mutual understanding among the colleagues.
