On 5 April 2018, 2nd Interloop Lawn Bowl Tournament for Women and Special Persons were played at Sports Ground HD-l. In the women category, after the pool matches 1st semifinal was played between Neeha Nawaz and Hufsa Subhani in which Neeha got successful. 2nd Semi Final was played between Iqra Saif and Sehrish Mehmood in which Iqra won quiet comprehensively. Final match was played between Iqra and Sehrish where after an interesting contest Iqra won the match and the Tournament.

For the Special Persons Tournament teams were separated in to two categories. Category A was comprised of standing persons and Category B was comprised of sitting persons. The spirit and enthusiasm of players was worth seeing and highly appreciable during pool matches. At the end of the exciting tournament final was played between Ahrar Hussain from Finishing Plant-2 and Muhammad Ali from Finishing Plant-4 in which Muhammad Ali got the 1st position.

At the closing ceremony Executive Director Brig. (Retd.) Ahmad Riza Siddiqi presented the winning trophies to the winners and appreciated the role of organizers for taking initiative regarding this sport and encouraging the Women and specialpersons to participate in such healthy activities.
