NAVID FAZIL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Navid Fazil, a Founding Director and CEO of Interloop Limited, enjoys three decades’ experience as an entrepreneur and has played a key role in developing Interloop Limited as one of the world’s largest Hosiery manufacturers and a Full Family Clothing supplier for top international brands and retailers. He also serves on the Boards of TCPL and Interloop Holdings (Pvt.) Limited and is the Vice President of Interloop Welfare Trust, engaged in numerous philanthropic activities across the country.
An Electrical Engineer by training and a Masters in Management from Oxford, Navid puts great emphasis on Lean Manufacturing, Research & Innovation, and Sustainability. A strong supporter of Diversity, Inclusion & Equity, Navid is actively involved in many social responsibility programs and is part of the global Champions of Change Coalition; nurturing gender equality, women leadership, and respectful and inclusive workplaces. He is passionate about protecting the environment for future generations and keenly follows developments in regenerative agriculture worldwide.
Tariq Rashid Malik
President Yarns & Sourcing
Tariq Rashid Malik is one of the Founding Directors of Interloop Limited. As President Yarns & Sourcing, he is managing all procurement and sourcing activities at Interloop Limited and also heading the Spinning function. He is also a Founding Director of IL Bangla Limited based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As part of his professional commitments, he travels extensively across the globe. In the procurement function, he is pursuing a model which ensures cost-effectiveness, speed, high quality, sustainability, and end to end transparency. He envisions Interloop to continuously grow as a profitable entity, to scale excellence in Hosiery business, and also expand into non-textile sectors. Tariq is an Economics & Political Science graduate from the University of Punjab, Lahore. In his free time, he likes socialize with the community and spend time with his beloved family.
MUHAMMAD MAQSOOD
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Muhammad Maqsood is Executive Director Interloop Limited. He is also a Member of the Boards of Interloop Dairies, Texlan Center (Pvt.) Limited, Interloop Assets Management Limited, and Interloop Welfare Trust. With an overall experience of 27 years, Maqsood’s association with Interloop spans 19 years. He is also performing his duties as Group CFO. His current responsibility portfolio includes Group finances, financial reporting, and taxation. Maqsood is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan & Institute of Financial Accountants, UK, and trained at INSEAD on Strategic Financial Management in Global Markets.
Azhar Sadiq
President Hosiery
Azhar Sadiq, President Hosiery at Interloop Limited, started his career with Interloop in 1998. His career spans over two decades in which he led production operations, production planning, quality assurance and organisational development along with lean transformation. Besides, he has spearheaded many breakthroughs which resulted in saving manpower, space-saving, quality improvement, and lead time reduction.
Azhar holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a certified Lean Champion from NIKE, University of Kentucky USA and Toyota Engineering Corporation Japan. His management philosophy is based on employee engagement and empowerment through coaching, mentoring and delegation. Azhar has been certified under the Directors Training Program as prescribed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under listed companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2017.
Faryal Sadiq
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Faryal Sadiq is Vice President Sales & Marketing at Interloop Limited. She is also serving as Independent Director at the board of IGI Holdings Limited. Faryal is responsible for all aspects of business development, sales and customer service across Interloop’s Europe, North America and Japan markets. Before joining Interloop in 2016, Faryal worked for over 10 years as a management consultant at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, UK, specializing in the consumer products and retail industry. She has advised top global clients on a range of areas including commercial strategy, operating model, enterprise cost reduction, growth strategies, and multiple transformation programs.
Faryal has an MBA from the University of Oxford and is an Economics Major from the London School of Economics. She has been certified under the Directors Training Program as prescribed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2017.
Feroze Ahmed
Vice President Denim
As Vice President Denim Feroze Ahmed oversees New Business Development, Operations & Quality Assurance functions at Interloop Denim. Feroze began his career in consulting at Ernst & Young UK. Prior to joining Interloop, Feroze was managing the implementation of digital initiatives across the corporate, retail, and wealth segment in the UK banking sector. Feroze graduated in Economics from the University of Toronto, Canada, and holds a masters’ degree in International Business & Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh, UK.
Feroze has been certified under the Directors Training Program as prescribed by the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, under Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2017.
Zain Sadiq
VP Hosiery Operations
Zain Sadiq is serving as Vice President Hosiery Operations at Interloop Limited. He supervised setting up of Plant 4; Interloop’s cutting-edge LEED Gold Certified Hosiery manufacturing facility commissioned in 2018 and is currently looking after further expansion of Hosiery business by overseeing the establishment of Plant 5, at Faisalabad. He started his professional career at Interloop Dairies Limited where he was a member of the core team responsible for project visualization and establishment of a 2,500 milking heads dairy farm. Interloop Dairies, with the current herd size of 4,538 cattle, is one of the leading modern dairy farms in Pakistan. Zain graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics in 2009 from Davidson College, North Carolina, USA. Having interest in finance, he pursued the Chartered Financial Analyst Certification after college and became level 2 qualified.
Masooma Zaidi
Vice President Hosiery Sales
Masooma Zaidi is Vice President Hosiery Sales at Interloop Limited. She looks after Interloop Europe (Direct Customer Division) along with Sales & Merchandising Divisions 3 & 4. She is a seasoned leader with more than 24 years’ experience spanning various industries. Her last role before joining Interloop was Chief Supply Chain Officer for Khaadi SMC Pvt. Ltd. Previously, she has worked on key commercial positions at Walmart, JC Penney & MAKRO HABIB Pakistan. Masooma holds a BSc Honors Degree in Food Technology from Barani Agriculture College and an LLB degree as well. Her areas of interest are gardening, traveling with family & cooking.
Yaqub Ahsan
Chief Information Officer
Yaqub Ahsan is working as the Chief Information Officer at Interloop Limited and is looking after the Information Technology function. Yaqub is a technology enthusiast. His areas of interest include knowledge-based venture creation and commercialization of technology. Over the past 26 years, Yaqub has worked with various multinational organizations in Pakistan, the Middle East, and North America and has been involved in multiple entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial initiatives. He has held multiple senior-level technical and management positions at IBM and other technology companies. He has wide teaching experience and has conducted trainings in Pakistan and overseas. Yaqub holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, and a Master’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship & technology from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Aqeel Ahmed
VP People & OD
Aqeel Ahmad is serving as Vice President People and Organization Development, managing the Group HR, OD, EHS, and Lean functions at Interloop Limited. He joined Interloop 18 years ago in the Audit Department and subsequently moved to manufacturing. Aqeel enjoys rich experience in manufacturing operations. One of his key strengths is setting up new factories and he has been successful in running Interloop’s Lahore and Sri Lanka Hosiery plants. He holds multiple certifications in Lean Application Programs and has applied Lean successfully in process improvement. Aqeel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and loves playing squash and swimming.

Ahsan Sheikh
Vice President Controls & Business Continuity
Ahsan Sheikh is the Vice President of Controls & Business Continuity with the Interloop Limited. He brings over 20 years of global experience in the domain of Risk Management, Business Continuity, IT & Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls and Governance. Prior to joining Interloop Limited, he was working as a Head of Operational Risk & Controls with the National Bank of Kuwait. He has held multiple senior-level positions at the Central Bank of Kuwait, Deloitte & Touche Middle East, Ernst & Young, Australian Trade Commission and Telstra Australia.
Ahsan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Canberra, Australia. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), ISO 22301 Lead Auditor & Lead Implementer.
