We are pleased to inform you that the final cash dividend (D-10) for the year ended June 30, 2023 @ Rs. 2 per share (20%) has been credited through electronic mode directly into the designated bank accounts of the shareholders on October 19, 2023, who have submitted their CNIC and International Bank Accounts Number (IBAN).
In order to comply with the requirements of section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 and subsequent notification through SRO 1145(I)/2017 of the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the Company has withheld dividend of those shareholders who still have not provided their complete bank details including IBAN. We are pleased to inform you that the Interim Bonus Shares (B-3) of Interloop Limited for the year ending June 30, 2023 at the rate of 50% i.e. fifty shares for every hundred shares held, as approved by the Board of Directors in the Meeting of the Company on June 09, 2023, have been credited to the respective accounts / sub – accounts of the shareholders in the Central Depository System (CDS) of Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, on June 23, 2023 after business hours. Furthermore, bonus share certificates for the physical shareholders have also been dispatched through courier service.
All fractions of bonus shares have been consolidated and will be disposed of at market value and the amount so received will be donated to a charitable institution as authorized by the Directors in their Meeting held on June 09, 2023.

NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS (Announcement of Interim Cash Dividend & Interim Bonus Shares)
We are pleased to announce that the Interim Cash Dividend of Rs. 3.0 per share, i.e. 30 % and Interim Bonus Shares in the proportion of 50 shares for every 100 shares held i.e. 50% for the year ending June 30, 2023 has been declared by the Board of Directors of Interloop Limited (“the Company”) at its meeting held on June 09, 2023.
The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from June 19, 2023 to June 20, 2023. The above entitlements will be paid/issued on the existing paid up capital of the Company and to those shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members at the close of business on Friday, June 16, 2023.

The notice was sent on February 16, 2023 by registered post on the last known addresses of the shareholders to submit their claims within three months to the Company, but no replies have been received except few exceptions.
The Company hereby invites claims from the shareholders to be lodged within next 90 days, and in case no claim is received within the given period from this Notice, the Company shall proceed to deposit the unclaimed amount with the Federal Government pursuant to the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017.

This is to facilitate the shareholders in retrieving details of cash dividends from centralized register. Please note that in future this information will only be available electronically via CCDR Web Portal being managed by the Central Depository Company (CDC). The Shareholders may access the CCDR via http://eservices.cdcaccess.com.pk.
In addition, the Dividend/Zakat/Income Tax Deduction Report can also be obtained directly from your participant (Stock broker) which will be provided to them on their CDS terminals. Moreover, you will also receive a copy of this report on your Provided/Registered email addresses.
